Please note: The payment method used on this site is PayPal.  However, you do not need an account to place an order, a credit card can be used.
 

Delivery Information
To change the delivery address this can be updated on the  "Review Your Payment" page by clicking on the "Post To" section before clicking on the pay now button.

We endeavour to despatch Orders received before 12pm the same day where possible. Generally, Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours using Royal Mail standard service or by courier for larger orders.

In the event that Goods are out of stock you will be contacted by email or telephone with information on lead times or alternatives. At this time you will have the opportunity to cancel your order should you wish .

Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery, if you have not received your order within this time please Contact Us.

 
 
Pricing
The prices displayed on our website includes postage and are exclusive to On-line and direct telephone consumer sales.
 
 

ORDERING SUPPORT
If you wish to make amendments or have a query on your order, Contact us by using our online form or call 020 8670 7511Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.00. We regret amendments cannot be made after despatch.

If there is no one in to receive the Goods Royal Mail will normally leave a card, t is your responsibility to contact them to rearrange delivery.

If the goods are returned to us you will incur a redelivery charge.

Redirected goods can also incur a £4.95 charge. Cancellation of an order following a failed delivery will be subject to a 10% restocking Fee.

 
 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In the unlikely event that you receive an item damaged or faulty we will replace it Free of Charge. We may require the item to be returned and we will refund you the cost incurred (proof of postage cost required). Items damaged on arrival and beyond use must be notified within 3 Days of receipt.

If you decide that the Goods are not appropriate you may return them at your cost for a refund on the Goods. The Goods must be returned in perfect resalable condition, including the original Boxes/packaging.

We reserve the right not to refund or offer a partial refund on returned Goods that do not comply with the above. We normally allow you up to 28 days within which to return items. We are unable to accept returns without prior agreement.

This does not affect your Statutory rights.

With so many products on our website the occasional error in pricing, images, codes and descriptions may occur. It is not in any way to confuse our customers and we would apologise in advance if there is inconvenience caused. Errors and Omissions Excluded.
